Having worked on many projects over the last two years in the slower soft rock, alternative and electronic genres and having released music by myself and as collaborations with other similar artists, I felt it was time to work on my own sound and show my listeners my original work. I’ve been working on these songs over the last two years, writing and re-writing, trying to make the best version of each one of these as I went through it.

What I’ve come up with is my debut EP, Dream Caching, which releases worldwide on all major streaming platforms on October 30, 2020. Taking inspiration from the sounds of EDEN, Blackbear, Jeremy Zucker, and Brakence, this EP tells the story of growing over your past worries and moving onto something new, but understanding that it may end up being a slow, maybe painful process. But change is positive, and time always helps you grow. It’s important to learn from the past to move onto a better time.

The EP consists of five songs, namely, “I Can’t Sleep”, “Wait (Interlude)”, “Maybe Us, Maybe You”, “Got Me 2 (Alt Mix)”, and “Wide Awake”. The music can be put into various genres depending on the mood the person listening is in. I personally tag it as being alternative pop, while other artists I’ve collaborated with on this EP categorize it as slow, ambient and experimental R&B. I like the sound of either categorizations.
